Are you open on Bank Holidays and Sundays?
Although our premises are manned, we are closed to the public all day Bank Holidays and Sundays.
How do you calculate our bill?
We charge by the day. The day of arrival is charged for regardless of arrival time but if your pet is collected before 12.00 noon the day of departure is not charged.
What methods of payment can I use?
We accept Cash, cheques and postal/money orders. Sorry but we do not currently accept credit cards.
My cat/dog is not inoculated, will you allow him to stay.
No. All animals must be fully inoculated including Kennel Cough to stay. Proof of inoculation must be provided.
I have misplaced my petís vaccination card. What should I do?
Your vet will have a record of your petís vaccination and can email or fax us a copy.
What is the difference between Nobivac and Intrac inculations for Kennel cough?
Nobivac is more expensive but is valid for 12 months. Intrac is only valid for 6 months. If you pet is a frequent visitor with us we would recommend Nobivac.
Can I leave my pet with something to help it settle?
Yes you may leave bedding or toys to help you pet feel more comfortable.
Can I send my pet a message while I am away?
Yes, you can text or email a message to your pet.
Can I arrange to have my pet groomed while it is staying at Craigycor?
Yes. Please discuss your needs with a member of staff.
When can I leave or pick up my pet?
Craigycor is open Monday to Friday 8.00am - 7.00pm, Saturday 8.00am - 6.00pm and closed All Day Sunday & Bank Holidays.
Ideally we could like all new arrivals to be checked in 1 hour before closing.
Can I book my pets stay online?
Yes. Please complete our online booking form. We will confirm your booking with 1 working day.
Can I inspect your premises before I book my pet in.
Yes, we welcome visitors between 2-5pm Monday to Saturday. Other times by appointment
